Iowa Department of Education Family & Educator Partnership supports successful outcomes in the areas of living, learning, and working for individuals with disabilities, ages birth–21, the Family and Educator Partnership (FEP) will operate within a tiered system of supports across Iowa with intentional coordination, consistency, and continuity through partnerships between families and educators.

Iowa Family Support Network (IFSN) is a statewide system that provides information and resources to expecting families or families with young children and professionals that serve them. You will find information that includes; family support services; group-based parent education programs; and prenatal services. The Northwest Iowa Down Syndrome Society is an organization dedicated to the education and support of people in northwest Iowa touched by Down Syndrome and other developmental disabilities. The goal is to support families through networking opportunities to support educational programming, the iTouch assistive device program, scholarships to attend the national convention, and support materials for families across northwest Iowa. Like their Facebook page to stay in touch and connect with this organization.

The Shayla Bee Fund is an organization with the following Mission Statement. “To help, responsible, working class families with a child in medical crisis.”
