Prairie Lakes AEA provides weekly delivery to each public and accredited nonpublic school in our 14-county service area.
Cancelation of delivery due to weather or road conditions is never convenient, but occasionally, it happens. If weather conditions prevent the PLAEA van from arriving as scheduled, attempts will be made to deliver materials the next school day. Routes are canceled when half or more of the stops on that route have called off school or if road conditions jeopardize the safety of our van driver. When this occurs, we will attempt to notify affected schools that there will be no delivery that day.
