We have been receiving questions about Post Secondary Summaries (PSS). Please remember to use this tool: Postsecondary Summary Resources (this site was formerly called the Iowa Secondary Transition Learning Community). This site has critical information necessary for the completion of the PSS and each student should have at least one referral source on their PSS when they leave high school. Remember, the PSS is a communication tool for the student so they know who to contact if they need assistance. It is also a tool for the provider to know what the student needs to best help them be successful.
