Addressing Chronic Absence & Attendance Factors is scheduled for May 2, 2024 at the Prairie Lakes AEA office in Pocahontas.
This workshop is designed to build capacity around the factors that impact student attendance. Utilizing evidence-based practices from Attendance Works, teams will:
- engage in learning that supports their collective understanding of attendance factors,
- explore root causes of chronic absence,
- analyze building attendance data,
- identify potential solutions to building-level attendance issues, and
- begin creating a plan to implement in-district.
