Interested in being a school principal? Consider the Iowa Principal Leadership Academy

A new cohort for the Iowa Principal Leadership Academy (IPLA) will begin soon. The program is a dynamic design based on seven problem-centered learning themes, predominantly field-based, related to the Iowa Standards for School Leaders. In the delivery of the IPLA core curriculum, there are several in-common components used to support each of the Iowa Standards for School Leadership and problem-based themes. These components are essential to the learning of the cohort members, and cohort members must be able to skillfully use the components as leaders.
