This work is part of a large, multi-year applied research grant project designed to better understand and improve the impact of professional development on educational administrators and their districts and/or buildings. To gather evidence about the process and outcomes of the project, the UNI Center for Social and Behavioral Research (CSBR) will be evaluating these efforts. To establish an evidence base for us and for others who seek to improve educational professional development, CSBR will be seeking the input of participants. You may direct to CSBR any questions you have about the evaluation activities once they begin.
