Save the date: June 22 & Jenni Donohoo

Teachers, teacher leaders, and administrators are encouraged to attend the session with Jenni Donohoo, author of Collective Efficacy: How Educators' Beliefs Impact Student Learning on June 22 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.in Pocahontas.

This leadership development opportunity provides the foundation for understanding collective efficacy, its impact on student achievement, and the consequences associated with collective teacher efficacy.

Find out answers to school leaders’ questions, including:

  • What is collective efficacy and why is it important?

  • What influences a team’s interpretation of their effectiveness?

  • How are efficacy beliefs formed?

  • How can we foster efficacy as a team?

Leaders will consider how to develop collective teacher efficacy through four research-based, efficacy enhancing leadership practices. Additionally, leaders will examine how they can utilize these practices in their daily routines to harness the power of teacher teams tapping into sources of collective efficacy.
