Iowa e-Learning Central Priority Survey
A reminder to complete this survey from the Department of Education.
We continue to work toward establishing the first phase of Iowa e-Learning Central, supported by ESSER funds, so that:
Any district or nonpublic building who indicated they wanted to access Canvas is provided with the licenses needed to do so, and
Teachers have access to course resources that help meet the 4-3-3-3 requirement at a reduced or no cost to schools.
To this end, we are asking for statewide input on what units and courses are necessary for teachers to have available in 2020-2021. The survey is focused on what resources need to be available via Canvas for the 2020-2021 year (see below). Input obtained from the survey will be reviewed to determine statewide priorities; therefore we are asking for input across educational leaders (e.g., teachers, curriculum directors, principals, superintendents across public schools, accredited/independently accredited nonpublic schools and homeschoolers) to obtain as much information as possible to inform how best to prioritize critical content. Please forward the survey link to the appropriate staff to complete.
Iowa e-Learning Central Priority Survey. This survey asks educational leaders what they believe to be the units or full courses that need to be available in Canvas this year. The survey will be available through the end of Friday, September 18.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. For those who are interested in further information regarding the status of this first phase of Iowa e-Learning Central, please feel free to access the Iowa e-Learning Support Site.
