Emotional Resilience for Educators series designed for YOU!
Prairie Lakes AEA has created an Emotional Resilience for Educators Series (10-15 minutes each) designed for you, the school leader, to share with your staff when time is available. Each session will offer research based ideas and practices from nationally recognized authors, researchers, and educators on best practices in personal wellness. The tips we offer take into account the fact that we must maximize our opportunities to create our best selves.
This series is created by the PLAEA Social-Emotional-Behavioral Health Team (SEBH). which includes Kim Bodholdt, Courtney Cook, Coletta Jaeger, Marni Moody, Jenn Peter and Melissa Wurth.
